Recipe via Brunchinista 1 oz Peppermint schnapps 2 cups of crushed ice 2 oz BSB - Brown Sugar Bourbon Fresh mint sprig for garnish Use a highball or julep glass. Add mint schnapps, crushed ice, bourbon and then a dash of water. Add more ice if needed to fill up cup. Stir and top with garnish. If you don’t like schnapps, you can go old school status and muddle the mint!
