This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes (a) the types of information that Heritage Distilling Company, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Heritage” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you (“you”) or that you may provide us when you use the website www.heritagedistilling.com (the “Website”), and (b) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  This Policy applies only to information that we collect from the Website, and not to information collected by us offline, through any third-party, or by any third-party that may be accessible or linked to or from the Website. 

By accessing or using the Website, including purchasing or obtaining our products or services through the Website, you agree to this Policy.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website or provide any information to us.  This Policy may change from time to time.  Your continued use of the Website after any revisions we make to this Policy constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

Information We Collect Automatically.  We do not collect Personal Information automatically, with the exception of IP addresses which may be collected automatically and are only used as described below.  Other than IP addresses, we do not collect real-time information about you or your devices via the Website.   When you access and use the Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to automatically collect certain data, including:

  • Usage details (ex. details regarding your access to and use of the Website, log files, and resources that you use on or through the Website)
  • Product purchase information; and

If you do not want us to collect this information then please do not use the Website.

We may not change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

 

  • California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits California residents who use our Website to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.   1. WEBSITE users Under the Age of 21

The Website is not intended for use by persons under the age of 21.  We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 21.  If you are under 21, do not use the Website or provide any information to Heritage directly or through the Website.  If we learn that Personal Information of a person under the age of 21 is collected, we will delete that information from our systems.  If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 21, please contact us at info@heritagedistilling.com.
