Hibiscus Gin-ger Sour

1.5 oz Elk Rider Gin

.5 oz Ginger Syrup

.75oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.5 Egg White

 

Combine ingredients into shaker- dry shake with no ice to start. This ensures that the egg white combines with the other ingredients, and results in a nice, frothy texture.

Add ice to the shaker, and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
