Frosted Raspberry

2 oz HDC Raspberry Vodka

.5oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Cane Sugar Simple Syrup

2 dashes Black Lemon Bitters

Combine ingredients into Collins glass. Fill with ice, top with soda water and garnish Rosemary Sprig.
