Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using a pastry brush, brush ingredients all over outside of your turkey/chicken/cornish game hen. Then, gently separate the skin from the meat of the bird and brush the seasoning mixture between the two layers.
Cook your bird as per weight instructions and baste every 30-45 minutes for larger birds. Baste every 10-15 min for smaller birds.
