Blood Orange Cranberry Sauce
1 12oz bag fresh cranberries
½ peeled granny smith apple, finely chopped
1C sugar
Orange peel
½ C Juice of 1 fresh orange
½ C HDC Blood Orange Vodka
½ t cinnamon
½ t nutmeg
2-3 cloves
Put all ingredients in pot, simmer on stove over low heat until cranberries burst and liquid reduces.
