Pineapple Sunset
1.5 oz Elk Rider Vodka
2oz Pineapple Juice
2oz Orange Juice
.5oz HDC Pomegranate Vodka (seasonal, in tasting rooms only)
Pour over ice, float pomegranate vodka on top and garnish with orange or pineapple slices.
For a large batch:
3C Elk Rider Vodka
6C Pineapple Juice
6C Orange Juice
1/2C HDC Pomegranate Vodka (seasonal, in tasting rooms only)
In a large pitcher add Elk Rider Vodka and juices. Stir then float HDC Pomegranate Vodka. Add fruit slices if you like.
If out of season, substitute HDC Pomegrante Vodka with HDC Blood Orange Vodka
