1 1/2 oz HDC Coconut Vodka
1/2 oz Aperol
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Fresh Mint
In a shaker of ice, combine all liquid ingredients. Shake well and strain into a tumbler of ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
