What do you do when your teams’ game starts in the morning? Invite friends over for brunch. But not just any brunch. Make it a beautiful boozy brunch!
First lets add a little OJ to the meal
Morning OJ
1 navel orange, freshly juiced
2 ounces HDC Blood Orange Vodka
3 to 4 ounces lemon-lime soda (like sprite or 7UP)
orange wedges for garnish
a sprig of fresh mint

BSB Sangria Spritzer
1 oz BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon
3 oz Cabernet Sauvignon
3 oz Orange sparkling water
Handful of fresh raspberries - blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries
Pour ingredients over ice, stir and top with your favorite berries

Pancakes w/ Boozy Hot Chocolate Sauce
1C Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2C 2% Milk
3-4 T of HDC Vanilla Vodka or BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon
Gently melt all ingredients in a small double boiler, whisking until shiny (add a splash of water if it’s too thick). Pour over stacked pancakes to serve.
Ending with your pastries- make it something easy to eat with your fingers!
BSB Bourbon Monkey Bread
BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
3 cups sugar
⅔ cup water
1 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons maple syrup
½ cup BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon
6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Flaky sea salt, to taste
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the sugar and water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes until deep amber in color. Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the cream.
Return the pan to medium-high heat, then stir in the maple syrup and bourbon. Cook at a low boil for 1 minute, until a thick, smooth sauce forms. Remove from the heat and add the butter and vanilla, whisking until smooth. Season with salt
Bread
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cans (12 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated biscuits
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray.
In 1-gallon food-storage plastic bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake in bag to coat; place in pan.
Pour BSB Bourbon Sauce over biscuit pieces.
