1C Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2C Sugar
1/2C Vegetable oil
4 Eggs
2T HDC Coffee Vodka
2C Flour
2t Baking powder
1/2t Salt
1C Powdered sugar

Mix together cocoa, white sugar and oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and HDC Coffee Vodka. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt into the cocoa mixture. Cover and chill for 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and coat each ball in powdered sugar. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Let stand on the cookie sheet for 1 minute before transferring to wire rack to cool.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_column_text]Chocolate Mint Cookies

2 ¼ C Flour
1t Baking soda
1t Salt
1C Butter
¾ C White sugar
¾ C Brown Sugar
1t Vanilla extract
2T HDC Vanilla Vodka
2 Eggs
2C Mint flavored chocolate chip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and HDC Vanilla Vodka until creamy then add eggs. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in mint flavored chocolate chips. Drop rounded spoonful's of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Molasses Cookies

1C Brown Sugar
3/4 C Butter
1/4C Molasses
2T Elk Rider Vodka
1 Egg
2 ¼ C Flour
2t Baking Soda
1t Ground Cinnamon
1t Ground Ginger
1/2t Ground Cloves
1/4t Salt
3T Sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Beat brown sugar, butter, molasses, egg and Elk Rider Vodka until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except the 3T Sugar. Shape dough into balls and dip tops into sugar. Place dough, sugar side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 13-16 minutes. Immediately remove cookies and place on cooling rack.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
