Batch No. 12 Gin - Mini

Traditional style gin distilled through a state of the art reflux column to 190 proof, then re-distilled with four botanicals for a spicier, bitter, and earthly flavor profile with subtle citrus notes. Proofed down to 84 proof using our private crystal clear water source. Great in any classic gin cocktail including martinis, gin & tonics, or fizzes.

Batch No. 12 Gin is a traditional gin with strong approachable pine notes and a long peppery and spicy finish followed with subtle citrus notes. A corn based spirit that is distilled on Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, and Sweet Orange Peel.
