Tropic Punch

A bright yellow rum-based cocktail with pineapple chunk garnishes. Best made with HDC Commander's Spiced Rum.

Tropic Punch

In a shaker:

.5 oz RAFT vanilla
1 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple
2 oz Commander's Spiced Rum

Add ice and shake. Strain into a tumbler of fresh ice. Top with 2 dashes Angostura Bitters.
