Plum Rye

A bottle of HDC Elk Rider Rye is placed on top of a Heritage Distilling Co. Tasting Room wooden bar top. The full to the brim light orange cocktail, is garnished with a lemon twist.
Plum Rye
in a shaker:
2 oz Elk Rider Rye
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1/2 oz Girl Meets Dirt Island Plum Shrub
1/2 oz lemon juice
add ice and shake
strain into a tumbler of ice
garnish with a lemon twist
