Lavender For Bees

In a clear cocktail up glass, a light purple cocktail with a lemon peel garnish is featured.
LAVENDER FOR BEES

1 oz HDC Lavender Vodka

1 oz Elk Rider Gin

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup (see below)

Lemon Twist (optional)

 

Honey Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts honey and water. Stir and bring to a simmer on a stove top. Set aside until it is cooled down and ready to use in cocktails.

 

Directions: In a shaker of ice, combine all ingredients. Shake hard and fast. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
