BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon Shrimp Skewers

  • 2 T Heritage Distilling Co. Brown Sugar Bourbon
  • 2 T pineapple juice
  • 1 T coconut aminos (can substitute Tamari)
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely ground sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 scallions finely chopped
  • handful cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 2 pounds medium to large shrimp cleaned, shells removed but tails on
