BSB Chai Tea
Makes 2 servings
In a saucepan:
1 cup water
6 cardamom pods, cracked
2 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp fennel seed
4 whole peppercorns
Bring to a boil, lower heat, then add:
1 cup whole milk
1 Tbsp honey (to taste)
2-3 slices fresh ginger
2 tsp black tea (or two tea bags)
3 oz BSB - Brown Sugar Bourbon
Stir and simmer for a few minutes. Strain into two warm mugs. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
