Bacon Old Fashioned

One bottle of HDC Elk Rider Bourbon and one of HDC Bacon are displayed on a silver tray along with a cocktail with bacon slices and a Luxardo cherry as garnishes.

Bacon Old Fashioned
in a stirring pitcher:
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1/3 oz simple syrup (the darker the better)
1/2 oz HDC Bacon Vodka 
1 1/2 oz Elk Rider Bourbon 

add ice, stir for ~30 seconds then strain over new ice & garnish with a lemon twist, cherry and/or bacon.
