Mango Salsa for game day, or any day!

Coming up soon is what I like to think of as the 2nd biggest eating ‘holiday’ of the year! It’s always fun to try a new recipe along with your favorites. I thought I would give this Mango Salsa a try to see if I wanted to make it on game day. So glad I did!!
It’s super easy with no actual cooking involved- just slicing and dicing.

3 ripe Mangos
1 Red Bell Pepper

Chop Mango and Pepper into pieces, put in bowl, add 3oz HDC Sweet Ghost Pepper Vodka, mix together and let sit overnight

the next day-
In a large bowl add:
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2C chopped red onion
1/4C chopped cilantro
1 seeded and diced Jalapeño
1/4C lime juice salt to taste

Using a hand mixer on medium, blend for 30 seconds. Stir in Mangos and Pepper and serve with tortilla chips

For a sweeter and less spicy version substitute HDC Mango Vodka for the HDC Sweet Ghost Pepper vodka[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Just a note: you may want to double your batch because this tasty treat will disappear very quickly!

Cheers![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
