We just love partnering with other small businesses in our community. Especially when it comes to making something delicious! Lucky for us, The Tides Tavern is just a block down from our HDC Waterfront location in Gig Harbor, WA.
Also lucky for us- they decided that our award winning BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon would taste fantastic in ICE CREAM. They topped it upon a ‘not your average’ coffee cake. This buttery house-made coffee cake with a crumbly cinnamon sugar top is called Susan’s Coffee Cake. Who is Susan? Susan just happens to be the daughter of owner Dylan Stanley and spent hours perfecting this recipe. We are so happy that part of that perfection process was adding a top scoop of house-made ice cream infused with Heritage Distilling Company, Inc's BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon. Yum!!!
