Peaches & Bourb
In a shaker:
1 oz Elk Rider Bourbon
1 oz HDC Peach Vodka (seasonal)
½ oz lemon juice
Ginger Beer
Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass of ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
