.75 oz Coffee Vodka
.75 oz Cold Brew
.75 oz Oat Milk
.33 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Combine ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and shake. Strain into stemless martini glass, garnish with Star Anise and Cocoa Powder.
