Ingredients
1 ounce Florescence Grapefruit & Pomelo Vodka
4 ounces apple cider
Champagne or prosecco to float
Garnish
Sprigs of thyme or lemon thyme
Method
In a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake the Florescence vodka and apple cider, then strain into a coupe glass.
Float champagne or prosecco.
Garnish with a sprig or two of thyme or lemon thyme. Enjoy!
