1 oz Elk Rider Gin
.5 oz Pomegranate Vodka (available in our HDC Tasting Rooms at the Growler Fill station)
.75 oz Spiced Cranberry Syrup
.25 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients into chilled shaker, strain into coupe glass, top with sparkling wine or brut. Garnish with a lime peel.
