Another delectable collaboration with our friend Ben at the Bar for Ginuary.
3 oz Elk Rider Gin
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Orange Blossom or Simple Syrup
Place all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until nice and cold. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.
