Events Lead

Gig Harbor

The Events Lead provides support to the HDC Events Coordinator, Director of Strategic Development, and other members of the Executive Team of Heritage Distilling Company, Inc. Our events are diverse and growing and require a strong support staff to run smoothly. Duties and responsibilities include preparing for upcoming events, both on & off site, keeping appropriate records & summaries for all events, keeping up to date inventory of event supplies, taking photos at events for social media and marketing. This role will also work in our Gig Harbor Tasting Rooms when scheduled and as needed.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Google Drive programs including Sheets and Docs

Current MAST certification and Food Handling Certificates are also required as well as the ability to use a point of sale system and to lift 50 pounds. You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position.

Tasting Room Associate

Eugene

This is a full time customer service position. Duties range from serving tasting flights to customers and educating them about our products to restocking and cleaning. A friendly and helpful attitude is necessary. Evening and weekend shifts included. Current MAST certification and Food Handling Certificates are also required as well as the ability to use a point of sale system and to lift 50 pounds. You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position.

Production Assistant

The Production Assistant Position deals with all aspects of production from the starting point of raw materials to finished product being bottled and provides support to the Lead Distillers, Head Distiller, General Manager, Event Coordinator, and the Cask Club Manger of Heritage Distilling Company, Inc. (“HDC”). Our production is diverse and growing and requires a strong support staff and understanding of the daily operations within and outside of the distillery. An ideal Production Assistant is flexible and knowledgeable regarding the many different aspects of production as well of our company.

 

  • Ability to be on feet all day and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule and availability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Prompt and regular attendance when scheduled.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain State Alcohol Pouring card.
