Classic Gimlet

This cool gin cocktail (using either HDC Batch No. 12 Gin or HDC Elk Rider Gin) is served in a cocktail goblet with a lime wheel garnish.

Classic Gimlet

2 dashes Bitter Housewife Lime Coriander bitters
1/2 oz RAFT Demerara
1 oz lime juice
2 oz Batch No. 12 Gin or Elk Rider Gin

In a shaker, add ice and shake. Mesh strain into a chilled cocktail goblet. Garnish with a lime slice.
