4 oz. Dona Chai Concentrate
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 oz Elk Rider Bourbon
1 15 oz. can coconut milk or coconut cream,chilled overnight
1 Tbsp. Bee in Your Bonnet Cinnamon Honey (or other sweetener)
Orange zest for garnish, optional
Make the Coconut Whipped Cream
* Chill the coconut milk in your refrigerator overnight!
Chill a mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to making whipped cream. Scoop chilled coconut cream out of can into the mixing bowl, being sure to leave the coconut water in the can. Whip on a medium speed for 3-4 minutes. Add in any sweeter if using and mix for another minute. You can adjust the amount to your preference. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
Make the Cocktail
In a small saucepan bring chai concentrate and almond milk to a simmer. Pour into a mug, add in bourbon, and stir. Top with chilled whipped cream and orange zest. Drink, enjoy, and reminisce about your favorite holiday memories!
