BSB Pumpkin Spice Bread

BSB Pumpkin Spice Bread

Makes 2 loaves
Baking time 65 minutes @ 350F

Pumpkin Bread
3C Sugar
1/2C Chopped Pecans
2t Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 1/3 C Flour
2t Baking Soda
1 1/2 t Salt
1 15oz Canned Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1C Vegetable Oil
1/3C Water
1/4C BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon

Spice Swirl
1/2C Cinnamon Sugar
2t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2C Chopped Pecans

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

Grease 2 9x5 in loaf pans

Using a mixer, stir together all ingredients for the pumpkin bread. Pour 1/4 of mixture in each loaf pan.

Mix together ingredients for the spice swirl and sprinkle 1/4 of sugar mix on top of batter in each loaf pan. Top each pan with remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the spice swirl on top.

Bake 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. At 30 minutes in, cover loosley with foil to prevent overbrowning. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
