We just got the newest copy of Imbibe Magazine and couldn't wait to try some of the recipes using HDC products. First cocktail up is from Don Scott of The Whaling Club and appears in the March/April 2015 Imbibe issue. Maple Leaf
2 oz. Elk Rider Rye
.75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
.75 oz thinned maple syrup
Thinned Maple Syrup: Combine 2 oz Grade B maple syrup and 1 oz water, stir. Keeps for up to one week refrigerated.
Shake ingredients and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
