I just looked up the weather and the impending rainy days have me thinking about cozy evenings curled up on the couch. The perfect cocktail for such days/nights - the Fall Sipper. This can be served hot or cold and can also be increased in recipe size to serve a large group via a pitcher. Fall Sipper (Serves 1)
1.5 oz Fall Classic Apple Cider Whiskey
.25 oz Real Maple Syrup
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 oz Apple Cider
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional)
If you're serving cold - shake first 4 ingredients and pour over ice, garnish with a apple slice and a sprinkle of cayenne.
If you're serving hot - heat the apple cider and add lemon juice, and maple syrup. In a mug, pour Fall Classic, then top with heated ingredients and garnish with apple slice and sprinkle with the cayenne.
At the distillery, we've been busier than ever. The launch of Batch No. 12 in late July has meant increased production, and our formally open floor is slowly shrinking. We have a few new products up our sleeve for a release in the next month or so, and we're proud to say that we've been placed on Limited Time Offering menus at Applebee's and Outback restaurants in Washington State.
Additionally, Batch No. 12 was just accepted into the Oregon Liquor Control System, so you can look forward to finding Batch No. 12 Vodka in Oregon very soon.
Thanks for the continued support.
