Fun fact: The world 'Milkshake' first appeared in print in 1885 and it was actually referring to an adult beverage that had milk, eggs, and whiskey in it. We thought it was appropriate to bring back this tradition on National Drink a Milkshake for Breakfast Day (aka: any day)
2 scoops Coffee Ice cream
1oz BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon
1/3 C Milk
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
Mix by hand with large spoon. Top with whip cream and cinnamon toast crunch cereal.
Interestingly it took another 40 some years before the straw as we know it today was invented. Joseph Friedman noticed the difficult time his niece was having trying to drink a milkshake out of a cup and went on to create the 'bendy straw' to help her with this problem!
