Classic Hot Toddy
1.5 oz Elk Rider Bourbon
1T of honey
.5oz of lemon juice
1C hot water
Combined the first four ingredients into the bottom of a warmed mug. If desired, garnish with lemon wheel, cinnamon stick or star anise.
