Boozy Baking Series part 1

Baking with booze is easy and fun! A splash of spirits can make for a moist and tasty treat. And good news for the whole family- when you bake with booze the alcohol is burned off but the flavor remains. Can you say yum!!!

Starting our boozy baking series we are going to talk about PIE because dessert should always be first! The two most important ingredients you need to gather are: BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon and ElkRider Vodka

Spiked Apple Pie

Grab your favorite apple pie recipe and make just two simple changes:

Crust: Swap out the cold water with cold ElkRider Vodka to make a perfect flakey tender crust

Filling: add 3T of BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon for an extra special sweet cinnamon flavor

Spiked Pumpkin Pie

(Exactly the same changes as with your Spiked Apple Pie!)

Grab your favorite pumpkin pie recipe and make just two simple changes:

Crust: Swap out the cold water with cold ElkRider Vodka to make a perfect flakey tender crust

Filling: add 3T of BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon for an extra special sweet cinnamon flavor

Spiked Whip Cream

1C cold whipping cream

1T powdered sugar

1/2t vanilla extract

1T BSB Brown Sugar Bourbon

In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.

Add extremely generous amounts to your Spiked Apple Pie, Boozy Pumpkin Pie, or Hot Chocolate. (Alternative option- eat straight out of the bowl with your spoon, share with no one)
